FullPower Spectre is all the power of presence, you get that?!  Like when he merged w/Logoz...  & We seen Spectre fight Michael, & spectre had power enough to do some damage & hurt Michael...He was'nt completely outclassed where Michael could ignore his power & he even admitted he is a powerful/worthy foe... That was'nt fullpower at all btw... "

Ummm.. Michael and Lucifer created the entire universe.  Michael > Lucifer > Spectre > Imps, as has been stated already.

spectre is shown to job alot and by alot i mean 99% of the time he appears its just to job and allow some other character to be given this wonderful moment where they save the universe. This is easy to know because look at living tribunal he had to be fodderised in recent arcs to allow for their to be a storyline. imagine convergence happened and out of nowhere spectre appears and states no more deimos and talos. 1 sec later everything is fine and dandy bad guys are all beat and every fanboys dream is fulfilled when supergirl has an orgy with herself. xD ok not tht last part but u get it
