Luc (Suikoden III) vs Your Street Level warrior team of 4.

He is a powerful magician with master over his True wind rune which allows him : 
 
complete mastery over the wind.   

Some of his feats are creating (summoning) a golem,   

removing thousands of armored calvary soldiers from a battle field, 
teleporting himself instantly,  

knocking people out by taking the wind out of them,   

using wind as concussive force to send objects and people flying,   

create razor sharp wind currents that slice and kill,  
 
heal himself or allies,   

and he wears a ring that shoots beams of energy.  
 
I am sure he has more feats but that's off the top of my head. 
 
They fight in an open battle field with just minimal knowledge and 3 hours prep.

Luc wins. Almost anyone with a True Rune in Suikoden are too powerful for the Street Fighter cast. You should make Luca Blight fight Venom, Carnage and Spiderman lol or Neclord vs Count Dracula lol

Oh and I forgot to mention... Luc is old despite he looks like a boy. He's in all Suikoden games if I remember correctly. 1,2 & 3 are decades apart, but 4 and 5 are more than decades apart. Luc and other true Rune barers are immortal if i remember correctly.
