Amon's powers activate a lot faster than voldemort's. He should win. But give voldemort slightest of prep, or knowledge on bloodbending, and he curbstomps.

Riddle should take this because his ridiculous arsenal of spells, Apparation/disapparation and legilimency

amon would be able to bloodbend voldamort faster then he could use any spells. amon blood bends riddle into conconciousness and kills him then

I was thinking of doing this fight myself. It's pretty damn close, in my mind, basically a whoever-shoots-first-wins kinda scenario. Amon could kill the wizard with bloodbending and Voldemort could kill Amon with quite a few different spells, so it comes down to speed, to whoever's fastest, i think. Voldemort wouldn't be put down for good, though, but Amon probably does have the easier way to win this.

Amon wins pretty easily. He has better reflex feats than Tom and his powers activate instantly. Tom can't cast a spell if he can't move his wand.

Dissapparation should still with while blood bending is in affect.

I guess, but only if this is movie or composite Voldemort, seeing as Dissaparation in the books requires physical movement. And Amon is superior to Tarlokk who was able to KO about 4 chi-blockers at once with a flick of his wrist, so if Amon went for the quick incapacitation he should win.
