Lord Raiden vs Darkseid vs Odin vs Doomsday
" I beat the crud out of all the supposed deities of MK with Jax flawless victory come get me "Lol , from those deities you can beat only Shinnok and Raiden . Elder Gods consist of much more members .
First introduced in Mortal Kombat: Deception, the One Being is considered to be God, the creator of each of the six realms. According to ancient legend, in the beginning of time, there only existed the One Being and the Elder Gods. The One Being fed off of the essences of the Elder Gods, but eventually, the Elder Gods defeated the One Being, and, in efforts to weaken the One Being's omnipotence, the Elder Gods separated the One Being's consciousness into the realms and created six Kamidogu, which held the essence of the One Being. Since the Kamidogu were destroyed by Shujinko, it hasn't been said what effect this has had on the One Being if anything at all. However, Kai's ending in Mortal Kombat Armageddon claims that Kai's mind became one with One Being's mind. This made him able to see any place at any point in time within the six realms.
The Elder Gods are the supreme deities of the universe. Whereas other Gods only have jurisdiction over a single realm and typically represent an element, the Elder Gods are more ethereal and have power in all realms.

Elder God Raiden can make everyone here disappear instantly if he wanted...you can't touch him lol...and being an Elder God think of him as Presence or TTOA of DC/Marvel....no, not joking either....Elder Gods=most powerful thing that can't be harmed in MK's Universe and realms.
Anywho, I say it'll come down between EG Raiden and DD, but Elder God Raiden will destroy him or simply banish him somewhere.
" odin wins god knows what raiden is even doing in this battle "Raiden might beat retcon Doomsday
" Since it is Elder God Raiden and not God Raiden the only problem is Odin. My first impulse is Odin but Raiden might take him. "When Raiden can destroy entire worlds and galaxies, then he might have a chance
Elder Gods in MK get their asses kicked by Johnny Cage
Actually if you read Johnny Cages intro to Armageddon, Shinnok ended up running away from Cage because he was getting his ass handed to him" @Samurai X: shinnok was never beat by Johnny Cage he was only beat by normal Raiden who had to get help from the Elder Gods Shinnok even defeated Lucifer the ruler of the netherrealm with ease and then he invaded the heavens and killed many primary gods "
Raiden cant even take Batman, he doesnt belong in this fight
Actually, yes he can. Elder God Raiden isn't normal Raiden...dur and actually, Raiden just used his lightning to scare Batman off...to get Liu Kang so that's wrong...
And you're wrong, Shinnok is a FALLEN Elder God, NOT an Elder God when Cage kicked his ass, he was just a regular god....big difference so you might want to do more research next time...
No they don't, you're wrong. Elder Gods in MK can't fight because they're too powerful....wherever you're getting your info from you're way off...What the hell are you talking about? lol Raiden would kill Liu Kang...don't judge based off gameplay, that's not canon....you have to judge by the actual canon storyline.
Elder Gods can BLINK and kill you if they want, but they don't...they created the other normal gods such as Raiden, Fujin, Shinnok etc but in MK at one point Raiden becomes an Elder God....he has to become a regular God in mortal form to be allowed to fight because being an Elder God he's too powerful...
"Shinnok was an Elder God, he got owned by Johnny Cage canonically, Raiden lost to Liu Kang at the end of armageddonNo they don't, you're wrong. Elder Gods are nothing special, they can't blink anyone and kill them, they needed Scorpion to fight the Dragon King for them...
Yes, Shinnok WAS then lost his Elder God status....again, Elder Gods=can't fight....because they're uber powerful. Oh and Raiden's ending btw=NOT CANON ;)
Yes, they are, you just obviously get them mixed up with the normal gods....and no, they used Scorpion as their champion because they can't interfere but could if they wanted too...they suped up Scorpion to kill Onaga and anyone else who got in his way...
I follow MK religiously, Elder Gods and normal Gods are not the same...
Yes, he did lol. When you lose your Elder God status you lose your power...thus why when Raiden got promoted to Elder God status at the end of MK4, and wanted to fight along the chosen warriors again, he needed to relinquish his Elder God status because he was way too powerful to fight...
Shinnok was NOT an Elder God when he fights, thus why they refer to him as the "FALLEN Elder God"
Any more questions?
"Well there isnt anything to suggest Elder Gods are as powerful as anyone else in this fight, if they are so powerful why do their gods [Raiden Fujin w/e] get owned by mortalsYes, he did lol. And Raiden gave up his power willingly, where did it say Shinnok did the same thing?
Yes, if you really read up on MK they say Elder Gods are the most powerful thing in MK's Universe and can't be possibly harmed....they are all foreseeing, knowing and powerful. They create the normal Godly characters and allow for everything to happen...the regular Gods (normal Raiden, Fujin etc) go to the Elder Gods for guidance and sometimes to decide ones fate...
So yeah they are as powerful if not more actually since you can't kill much less harm an Elder God....
When you're fallen that means you're a traitor to the Elder Gods cause, thus he was changed to a regular God...and banished to netherrealm by the Elder Gods...if you followed the story more you'd know this as I do....
And Fujin and Raiden don't get owned by mortals, Fujin has gotten defeated by classic Sub-Zero(also not a normal mortal, both sub-Zero's ancestry are from Outworld of Cyromancer race who are far stronger then a normal mortal) then Fujin killed himself and came back later since he's immortal once their energies reform, they come back...and Taven(who is half God not a normal mortal) K.O.ed him in MKA.
And as for Raiden, the only person who he couldn't deal with in MK storyline wise was Onaga....
please show me where to got this information about johnny cage beating shinnok
Shinnok's Power
Being a fallen Elder God, Shinnok possesses immeasurable powers, so vast he was able to best Lucifer without much effort. The nature of his powers seem to revolve around darkness and the Netherrealm, summoning skeletal hands from the ground to grab and bind his opponents as well as pulverize them. He also possesses shape shifting powers similar to Shang Tsung. Unlike Shang Tsung, he is not required to steal souls in order to perform this feat, instead he must have to defeat them or for them to serve him. His powers of mimicry and shape shifting are absolute as he can mimic the abilities and powers of other kombatants, the only draw back to this is that the powers he mimics must be in his jurisdiction; he is unable to mimic every power due to the fact that he doesn't have his amulet nor his staff. But he can still mimic Black Magic freely[ but for an unknown reason he cannot copy the powers of Shang Tsung or Quan Chi ]. He can take on a larger demonic form. Shinnok once possessed an amulet which allowed him to freely traverse the realms and open up portals.
Also Raiden has never been beaten by a mortal
Fujin was beaten by Sub Zero who is a descent of cyromancers (controlling ice to point of freezing molecules)
Sub Zero also beat the gods of Water, Earth, and Fire
