Thanos with prep can take down anyone because of his incredible intellect and resourcefulness. This is a great juxtapose by the way, two mother-killers facing off! Well done @papi!

Thanos has been building in powerset with each resurrection, building his mystical/mental defenses and offensive tactics. The only advantage that Lord Chaos really has is time travel so if he were able to travel back midbattle and blindside Thanos before they had originally met then I could see Lord Chaos taking this fight. However, otherwise I think that even a raw power, no prep battle, Thanos would devise an on-the-spot plan that would guarantee victory. He's got brains + raw power + an unwillingness to stay dead!

@Killemall: Not innately. Thanos has utilized devices such as the Infinity Gems and his travel vessels (Dreadnaught 666 and his flying throne) but never been able to time travel or fly in his earlier incarnations for that matter. Put up scans, son!
