Loki only ever won with prep. Never in a straight fight. Period.

If both are allowed prep time Loki can and has beaten Thor. It's more of a game for him. If not then Thor is more than probably the last man standing.

Loki doesn't really stand a chance in a straight fight. But yes, he could win with prep. "

Thats what i think, Loki is exceptionally underestimated especially in comparisson to Thor who is highly overestimated.

Loki with prep time is > ThorLoki without prep time < ThorThor wins because he's the good guy but Lokis magic pawns Thor's knowledge. Loki with common sense should defeat Thor. It's brains over brute.

Please read at least 1 Thor comic before making obvious threads.

I say Loki can defeat him but he never truly goes all out, Thor is superior in terms of raw strength but apart from that i dont see what he has on Loki who can always amp his strength should he need to do so.

Loki > Doom in magic, Loki >> Thor in magic. Loki's cause Thors hammer to tuurn on Thor himself. Good argument but Loki IS underestimated. And isn't "wtfpwned" by Thor by any means. "

Doom has also taken on Galactus, Beyonder and alot more. Thor's magic > Loki. And? Thor can easily will his hammer out of Loki's control. He did it with Zeus. Thor has taken on skyfathers and abstracts. Show me Loki taking on someone of that level. Thor can speedblitz as well if no morals. His hammer can absorb Loki's energy attacks and redirect it back at him at 100x more powerful. In a fight with no story nor pis (battle thread), Thor wins.

1. Thor can speedblitz Loki.

2. Thor negates Loki's magic or strips him of his immortality.

3. Thor does this to Loki again: 

4. Thor kills Loki with one powerful magical attack.

And so on and so on.

It could go either way, but I think a strong case for Loki can be made - if he uses illusions, teleportation and his psionic powers at the right times, he could easily take at least 4 or 5 out of 10.

Thor easily, with no morals he would just blitz him

Or puts him under an illusion like he has done plenty of times before.

Loki at his full potential stomps Thor .

Loki could never win against Thor in h2h combat but with magic there are hundreds of scenarios for him to win.

Loki wins. Though thor is Stronger in tonnes loki is more durable,functionally immortal,and virtually invulnerable. I have an image of a movie shoot that proves Loki stronger than thor and avengers. But I am new here don't know how to upload pics from my gallery to this post

Thor. Loki can't fight and defeat him in a straight up brawl between them.

@professorrespect: except loki has completely demonished him in a straight up brawl twice and one shots him along with the avengers with one move. Loki not jobbing>>thor.

Thor wins because Loki chokes. Loki has the potential to win but he won’t use tactics to do so.
