Loki should still be stronger and tougher than this thing. Plus, even if his magic can't be used on it directly, he could still use it on the environment. Wrap the thing up in a cocoon of stone, then haul it off to the nearest forge or firepit to have it melted down. Loki can also fly and teleport, so basically, there's not much the T-1000 can actually do to Loki, so Loki can take his sweet time to figure out how to dispose of it.

Loki seems to be overrated here. The guy is a coward and his magic won't do much against Nth metal T-1000. Loki will piss his pants when he sees T-1000 staring at him like that.
