Current Spawn (Jim Downing) wrecks Loki. Al Simmons as Spawn could also stomp depending on the age. OP needs to clarify what version of Spawn we are using here.

Current Jim Downing beat down Omega Spawn who was capable of soloing every character in Image at the same time including Witchblade, The Darkness, Cyberforce etc.... He also recently 1-shotted a Thanos level character (Malebogia) seems unlikely that Loki is bringing anything to the table that current Spawn cannot surpass.
