The fight takes place in outer space. Each has a week of prep time, and Sin has his ring charged at 50 percent.

Loki wins this one even Sinestro's ring is 100% charged. Loki has brought gods back to life, made a thousand copies of himself, made powerful being enough to take Superman, Thor, and Captain Marvel
