Fight takes place in the Shivering Isles

I dont really think any of the Daedric Princes have feats that show they could stand up to Loki, I could be wrong though. Sheogorath is the coolest out of all of them though.

First of all sheogorath is in his realm and in his realm he has complete and utter control, it is an extension of himself. Therefore he can manipulate his realm to his advantage, and change his own form to his advantage

The Daedric Princes are more powerful/on par with the Aedra (the Gods/creators in Elder Scrolls). Loki isn't really on their level, especially in their own realms.

Sheogarath is a dam fine reality warper & if im not mistaken immortal in his own realm.

Nope. Also, the Shivering Isles wasn't Oblivion. It was an add-on/dlc/expansion pack for it...and it KICKED ASS!

Norse gods are no were close to the aedra, never mind the daedra. Sheograth would stomp quite badly, he is infinitavly mad and will turn Loki into cheese as soon as he sees him :P

That is incorrect. The Champion of Cyrodiil mantled Sheogorath and took on his role as the Mad God, then defeated Jyggalag the Daedric Prince of Order, and Sheogorath's other self. In essence, Sheogorath defeated himself. He just happened to look like the Champion of Cyrodiil when he did it.

The game mechanics didn't do the event justice, but that is basically what happened.

Deadric Pricnes are literally imortal. They only have souls. To manifest themselfs at Mundus they need vessels. In the Third Era Mehruns Dagon was able to posses a kid and destroyed entire city's until Vivec banished him. So Yep, Loki looses badly.

The Daedra's are almost unbeatable in their own realm. I'm fine if people would use them in threads WITHOUT their realms, but putting them in their own realms is just too OP. Mismatch. :/
