Not older than Nabu who is the presence in the Helmet of Fate. He is DC's master magician, really if you guys read more issues on Fate youd know this fight is a huge mismatch.
No prep, so that knocks out most of Loki's cunning advantage. Nabu is a very old entity, so Loki's experience only beats Zee. But Zee is probably a better magician, though she has a pretty obvious weakness (gag her, etc) which I think Loki could handle in short order. Gotta go with experience and history.

Second scan i met X-men. That was Nabu, not Dr.Fate.

If it is magical in nature then it can be disrupted.
Can't loud noises make it difficult for Dr. Fate to cast spells as he can't hear the helmet's advice?

I can't speak for the last versionof Fate (pre Nu52, but all other versions of Fate had those powers through being genetically altered by magic. Basically without any talismans Dr fate was super strong (class 100), super fast ( high mach speeds), invulnerable ( weakness needs to breath), and could fly and levitate other objects. The cape gives more on mystical senses, TP, etc.

It's not, and it can't.
Older versions of Fate didn't need to "hear" Nabu. Nabu takes possession of the host as soon as the wearer don's the Helm. The only time that isn't the case is when two beings merge to be Fate as he can't "control" the being in this way, instead it becomes a merged persona as it were with all the benefits of all. With the current version Nabu is no longer in the helm. He doesn't need to hear anything, the helm allows him to simply know what magic he needs and how to do it. All he has to do is be open to it. It's as though he knows all magic throughout the ages. He went away to learn how to access this fully. When fighting for the soul of Lightning to bring her back from the dead he fought manifestations of every Dr Fate than has ever been and made it through. Classic Fate was at the least Classic Strange's equal if not a little better (due to physical powers and immortality only not in magic per se). Current Fate has defeated 3 beings on Mephisto level so above Loki. He defeated Lady Blaze who took the rule of Hell away from Neron (who would be Mephisto level)
Doctor fate Curbstomps both of them. Loki is way below Zatanna and fate magic. Zatanna also has to speak or her spells don't work. A large group of zombies have covered her mouth so she couldn't speak, and I don't know why Doctor fate couldn't just put a block on her speaking. This sounds like an easy win for Dr. Fate.
