Loki is much sneakier than darkseid. I can see him takeing round two sense he has the nornstones and Prep. If they just randomly pumped into eachother i give it to darkseid 8/10 times.

Actually original OP made it a point to specify that Round one has no prep Implying that round two dose.
Round 2: Don't know how powerful the Norn Stones are. Someone inform me.
It has been implied that the nornstones are the source of all asguardian magic and can weave the fates of anyone, Whatever that means. They have been shown to greatley amp whatever powers a person has if that person be worthey. What worthey is however is totaly up to debate cause Loki can use them without flaw but normal ozbourns could not. You may just need a little magical knowledge to use them which loki has scores of. Classic Doctor strange once said after a magical battle with loki. Classic Doctor Strange can take on abstracts and even lasted a few Panels of fighting against someone with the Infinity guantlet. I stand by my Loki in round two.
I don't see loki doing much here and someone said loki was more sneaky then Darkseid are you serious man the guy is lord of Apokolips he can react in seconds and he can think very fast also. this is not just some brute like Doomsday this is Darkseid man. he can do so much more then just beat the living turd out of you. Loki would slither away in fear as he does so well.

Loki with prep and norn stones.....Darkseid out preps him (gets the SSF...naa ... not fair...he gets ALE fragment) and mind rapes him....unless Loki is invulnerable to planet level (3 billion people) mind domination (Darkseid is here)....
..If Loki can deal with that.......then he might have a chance to survive more than 5 minutes.....after that though....Darkseid just beats the snot out of him.
Well loki has Duplicated several MXyzptlk like feats than bump them by who knows how much the norn stones can buff Loki and i definitely think it would be a good fight. And as i recall darkseid cant just snap his fingers and have those things. Loki can get the norstones prettymuch whenever he wants them.
