I know nothing about Loki so I have to say Carnage wins

Loki is a god with immense transmutation powers. He can turn Carnage into a flower.

Loki teleports Carnage into the sun.

Loki goes astral and then casts spells from there while Carnage can't touch him.

Loki summons fire creatures/banshee creatures.

Loki summons his fire sword flies high in the air and rains down spells on Carnage.

Bad match-up for Carnage.

Unless Loki has slow reaction time (equal or lower to that of Wolverine, Cap or Thing) than Carnage should lose

Does Cosmic Carnage have any feats or is this one of those characters that made an appearance once in a story and never showed up again?

Loki stomps and because of lack of feats should defeat cosmic carnage as well

@captainguts: Loki turned an elder god into snow. I don't think Cosmic Carnage can even compare to Bor.

@mysticmedivh: I don't really know much about cosmic Carnage other than he is stronger/better than regular Carnage, unfortunately. I'm inclined to say the latter about your statement.

well Bor wasn't an elder god, he is an Skyfather level being, however that feat for Loki is a massive advantage. Loki stil lolstomp carnage.

yeah he may look wimpy but loki is still over 6 feet and weighs 500lb, plus you know , a god.

Loki can honestly just use his magic to amp his strength to whatever level he deems necessary, and then pound Carnage to death with his fists.

Carnage is just outclassed in every category.
