Apocalypse doesn't have much of a chance without prep, the mutant has telekinetics, shape-shifting, strength and can turn his arms into weapons...that's unimpressive to the God of Trickery. Apocalypse might beat him in a brawl but Loki is way too cunning for that, he cranks out the magical and mystical attacks and Apocalypse is dead. Loki's magic knowledge>>>>any gadgets or powers Apocalypse got The only hope for Apocalypse would be a telepathic fight and the bad news for him is I think Loki is the better telepath, the only weak area he has is "reading", as in the only thing I have never seen him do is read someone's thoughts and I'm not sure why that was? Maybe Odin told him not to when he was a boy and forbid it or maybe Loki would be violating some special demonic rule book...? All the other telepathic stuff, illusions, telepathy, astral projection, hypnosis, telekenesis he does these things with ease.
The above scans he seems to be jobbing, less talk and more action Loki would own Apocalypse easy

The physical stats of Apocalypse give him the strength edge but Loki doesn't care for brute strength, he has vast magic knowledge like Classic Dr Strange and he has beat Classic Strange Apocalypse might have knocked around the X-men but Loki fights are far more powerful team, Loki can take on all the Avengers including Thor (btw I think Thor can beat Apocalypse) Lifting an island is not so impressive as fighting a monster like Surtur....that guy was a Galaxy buster, Bor a skyfather and Mephisto in his own yard is well...he has all kinds of crazy feats because he is Mephisto, Loki has fought all kinds of God and Demons and taken shots from Surturs twilight sword
