honestly, i think ultron and his bots win quite comfortably

its not fair, they were the same amount of "fodderness" than the chitauri, just that they were facing a bunch more superheroes than the chitauri

@darkseid1006: I see Ultron soloing the entire army. They don't have the feats to damage his Vibranium form.

Ultron takes this, his bots can outdo the chitauri soldiers, plus not to mention while Ultron is already way stronger than Loki, he is also much much much smarter, and could easily out tactic the other army

Ultron tips the scales and it really comes down to Loki vs Ultron. The Ultronbots were probably just as useless as the Chutari.

Ultron and his army wins IMO.

@spider-manwins: Thor always beats Loki, and it only took Ultron a couple seconds to dispose of Thor.
