Wolverine wins but not with easy

As long as Logan has his healing factor, Logan wins

Logan takes a hefty majority. Steve's one hope is to use tactics and the environment. Logan just has to remember he knows stuff.

Steve begins beating Logan with extreme prejudice and Wolvie keeps coming back for more. Eventually Cap tires out and Logan stands victorious. Cap lands more shots probably 3 to 1, but loses 10/10.

Wolverine wins. The fact that he won't be using claws also means that this won't turn into one of his hack-n-slash showings and he'll be utilizing actual skill. That combined with comparable physicals and his healing factor give him the victory.
