Loebforce Rulk first smacks Supergirl into unconsciousness while making some lewd and sexist comment towards her. Darkseid then fires his Omega beams at Rulk, but LF Rulk just grabs the Omega beams and hurls them back at Darkseid, killing Darkseid in the process. The explanation given has something do with "Omega effect not working in space," or some other BS that grossly contradicts established lore.

After that he turns to Freeza and boast how he can absorb all his energy, which he does, killing Freeza while making a mocking statement about his power being over 9000. He then kicks Magneto in the nuts so hard that it hurls Magneto backwards in time so far that it retroactively causes Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch to have never been born.

Rulk then punches out the Watcher, who had been watching this whole time. Rulk tells him he doesn't like "creepy bald guys watching him." The Watcher apologizes and declares it will never happen again.

Rulk fans then go on the forums declaring that the Loebforce doesn't exist and that they didn't see any PIS at all in the issue.

This is very possible. :) Only I would say that his pure rage allowed his hands to not be destroyed while grabbing the Omega Beam
