Martian Manhunter, he has a speed advantage and a slight strength advantage

J'onn wins. He doesn't need telepathy when he's on par physically with Lobo plus has intangibility, invisibility, Martian vision, shapeshifting, etc.

He goes intangible and he sleeps.

Or he throws Lobo into the sun and goes and plays Borderlands 2.

I say Lobo cus if I know lobo he's either going to light his farts or has a flame thrower on him. With telapathy I give it to MM, but only by a little 6/10 maybe 7.

Superman has reached the Sun in minutes. I don't see a problem where Martian Manhunter can do it as well and Lobo wouldn't be able to move if Martian Manhunter carried Lobo, travelling at light speeds and I don't think it's possible for Lobo to die if he's evaporating through the sun's surface heats, none of his DNA, would be like "stable." It's like pouring water over the surface of the Sun, it would evaporate to like nothing.

And again Martian Manhunter is intangible, so if he wanted to, he could have some fun with Lobo.

@MasterM0r0n: I dont mean physically I mean cus its a freaking fire ball. Fire=kryptonite for martians. Besides, lobo has survived hell (which I assume is hotter than the sun) and a black hole (which has higher gravity than the sun).

Good Point. But I still say The Martian wins, his powers are more powerful, he could probably battle field remove Lobo elsewhere, xD

Martian Manhunter if he remembers he can turn intangible. Their fights in the books have been even.

Also, I doubt J'Onn could mindcontrol Lobo.

Martian Manhunter threw himself into the sun during Brightest Day. IT killed him as well as his enemy. In the New 52 his weakness to flame is Psychosomatic meaning it only effects his mind and not his body.

I agree, J'onn still has comparable strength and speed to Superman...consistently...throughout his continuity.

J'onn has no problems using his phasing during combat either. Additionally, J'onn is one of the BEST I have ever seen at thinking quickly, two or three steps ahead, when dealing with a given opponent. Dude fights really, really smart.

lobo is stronger and more skilled manhunter goes intangible but he can't hurt lobo in that form either if they fight physical neither can hurt the other they will both just keep healing but lobo is more persistent eventually manhunter will take the loss just to get rid of lobo.

@easternwind: thats a simple trick he just phased then turned solid again that might hurt lobo but wouldn't beat him.

I guess, He can use his heat vision while intangible though ( i dont have scans of those )

For Lobo's resistance to mind control there's the Neural Djinn and his clones resisted Starrophytes. Despero also couldn't.

Martian Manhunter is not faster. He is not stronger, invisibility and shape shifting are easily countered by Lobo's tracking sense. The only reason J'Onn wins is intangibility, for which Lobo has no answer to. That's it. If he neglects to use his phasing effectively he goes down in a fistfight.
