i don't doubt that Lobo is a killing machine, but lets not forget that Loki cheats. if he knows he can't win, he will cheat in whatever fashion is necessary. He could call down Sutur or a host of other trolls or something that could beat/distract/irritate/ Lobo. Loki would never fight alone and never on a level playing field. He could even call down a pissed off Odin & Thor who could add to the ruckus.
@somayareece: Li'l Lobo was resistant to the point he no-sold transmutation from Klarion, but that was likely a side effect of the deaging. Lobo as an adult is resistant but not immune.
Unless we're allowing outside interference in round one, I don't see how Loki wins a random encounter. Lobo being a slow grounded rangeless character is patently false, and even if transmutation is in-character there's no proof it would equal a win as Lobo has regenerated from being turned into poop before.
