but one problem Lobo always had was lack of flight, and he does have trouble fighting Supes. Gladiator is basically Marvel's Superman, if he blasts Lobo's bike to bits no flying motorcycle I can't see how Lobo is going to tag him as he delivers death from above
Plus if Lobo has just lost his bike Galdiator will be feeling extra confident

In a brawl I give it to Lobo just because he's a better fighter....but if it's powers I give it to Gladiator even if he's a Supes clone from Marvel....a Superman clone is going to give Lobo a lot of problems

Sure, lobo could go toe to toe with Superman, but in the end Superman always wins and need not get serious.

Consider him a superman clone with a different weakness(confidence rather than Kryptonite).Now if a superman clone would go toe to toe with Lobo. the main man would most likely have his ass handed to him.

still have to Go with Lobo... i can see him taking down Glads pretty easy, one look at lobo and gladiators confidence would drop.. knowing what Lobo is capable of would drop it even more. i really dont see what Gladiator can do to win this fight.
This is why I hate the no dupe rule. I had to sift through two pages to give a proper answer.
I'm thinking Lobo. Lobo laughed off Superman's heatvision before making him flee for his life, and Superman was willing to kill as he was under the Eradicator's influence. Their other fights have ended in stalemates with the exception of the time Eclipso possessed Superman (and a regular human had been made bulletproof and strong enough to casually tear corners off buildings by Eclipso).
As far as planets go, Lobo destroyed half of an Earth-sized one as collateral damage from punching the Easter Bunny. He destroyed planet Thanotopsia with his bike's missiles. He's destroyed one with a bomb, and in Mr. Miracle's book he destroyed one through unspecified means.
Assuming Gladiator can affect him with heatvision, Lobo has claimed to have survived the heat of blazing suns which was evidenced by his fight with Pulsar Stargrave. Mon-el's laservision hurt him but not enough to stop him, and Lobo's lack of flight means he will have to leap (and yes, he's leapt into orbit before) assuming Gladiator resorts to such a cowardly tactic, which doesn't exactly speak confidence.
That aside, their strength is comparable, Gladiator might even have the "hard durability" advantage, Lobo is more skilled, speed is likely comparable, but Lobo has better damage soak and much better regen.
And as for losing to Wolverine, even IF we allow that to be admissible, Gladiator got decked by Gambit and Lobo took on the rest of the Imperial Guard and they were hard pressed to contain him. Also, Superman made Juggernaut cower in fear from a single punch. Fair's fair.
