I'm going to jump on the "hate to use ABC logic" train and say that Superman, to my knowledge, has been unable to knock Lobo out. Unarguably stronger than any one on that team, if he can't KO Lobo I don't see how they have any hope.
If Ares gets that big ass gun they could probably get an incap.
Ares axe has hurt Mikaboshi when he had taken over 98% of the entire universe (i think it was that amount) so Ares has means to put Lobo down fairly easy & if he gives his best weapons to his other team mates its a slaughter .
I think it depends on who's writing Lobo. He has been up and down in power, but at his peak? Not sure even these guys from Marvel take out Lobo at his height.
Technically the Marvel team could KO or BFR Lobo, but they could never kill him. Even a KO wouldn't last long as he has one of the best healing factors in comic books. Lobo could theoretically fight these guys for hours on end, take every massive hit conceivable and keep regenerating and just beat them by the sheer fact he can't get tired ever. And even that scenario is ignoring the fact he's arguably the strongest here with both a Space Hog and some serious cosmic weaponry. I say Lobo for a majority, as the Marvel team would be hard pressed to KO him long enough to count as a KO and their best bet would be to remove him from the battle field (and destroy his Space Hog).
i believe juggernaut colossus and eres can take on lobo. namor and the thing from what i seen are dead in the beginning. i don't believe they can kill him because of his immortality and regeneration but i do believe they can outmatch him together
