Both have their regular morals and the fight is to a clear KO or BFR.

Standard gear and the location is inside an empty building.

No knowledge on Angela but New 52 Lobo was tanking punches from Supergirl.

I would say Angela, she's just to quick.

Couple things. Is this the Superman level version of Lobo? And if so, what feats of Angela's put her on that level?

This would actually be a good fight. Both are fast and both are blade experts. But I think that Lobo wins barely due to all the little goodies he has.

High frequency weapons, blasters, and the net he used on Kara might slow her down temporarily.

@guardiandevil83: Thanks, that's essentially what I was thinking. I was leaning towards Lobo because of his advantage in weaponry and his healing factor, though Angela 'may' be stronger (fairly featless but is comparable - though weaker - by statement to Thor).
