Yeah, Lizard is pretty much Killer Croc, Lizard would beat Killer Croc, but it's pretty much the same concept. Batman would find a way to beat Lizard like he does Croc.
Only to an extent. It's more like "stupid but has deadly animalistic instincts'' Lizard or "completely sane but has no more knowledge of combat than any other scientist" Lizard.

Batman wins easy. He has freeze spray (Lizard has been defeated by cold several times) and he has electrified his suit. Bats also has enough armor to handle any thing Lizard throws at him until he can either freeze or electrify him. On paper Lizard should toast Bats, and if Batman didn't have his usual gear I'd say Lizard in a heartbeat. Lizard is not Croc. He's around ten times stronger and is much faster and smarter, but Bats has his gadgets. Sadly, Batman wins, and he does it with savoir faire.
