@cracksYou cannot destroy an entity that will can never die, and a vessel for all sentinels of life even life not yet born. The Phoenix will exist in the omniverse forever, tapping into life not created and use it's energy anyway it deems necessary.. The Phoenix force can also, absorb any amounts of energy from all creatures big or small existing in the omniverse and weld the energy at any level.

Regarding the actual versions, a Phoenix avatar (cyclops) has been killed by God doom, while IG black panther gave him a better fight. I don't know if God doom is stronger than LT, I think he's not, but a Phoenix avatar is not the Phoenix force. Even so I would say LT.
