Personally, I think Nemesis has good chance to be stalemate against  LT only if infinity gems do not irritate each other during the fight.

Creating Living Tribunal.

The creation of the abstracts was shown in a completely different comic arc years before Nemesis and that being was just referred to as the "Infinity being". The “Infinity being” that was shown in that Thanos arc looked nothing like Nemesis. Was it ever stated on panel that these were the same being? Or did the IG gems just form a conscious of their own and create Nemesis? I think they are two different being all together.

Nemesis was made during a crossover between Malibu and Marvel and this was the only time it was shown, if they are the same and hold the same power set I can see it defeating the LT but I have not seen any proof of this.

Did Nemesis really create Living Tribunal and the Abstracts? If so does that mean she is directly below TOAA in power?

You know what I think. I think Nemises is the embodiemint of the gem and she's above everything except beyonder and TOAA. She created the celestrial but TOAA created Living tribunal a being created outside of her power which is above hers because TOAA is on a level outside of that reality. Similar to Beyonder.

So in other words if beyonder was vastly more powerful then living tribunal if he created a being to be his will it would be more powerful then the living tribunal because he's already on another level.

I don't believe he's ever rendered a working IG useless??

Isn't Nemesis supposed to embody the entire creation of The One Above All, including the Living Tribunal...?

I feel like The Living Tribunal was probably Created to replace Nemesis. Just my fan theory though. She was there before the multiverse so to speak. She had total dominion. She could apparently will anything into being and destroy it all. But, so can The Living Tribunal. They both have identical power sets. So, stalemate. I hope they go on a date.

To me it's more like infinity being birthed omniverse and through it's death and creation a new TOAA cam into being. This TOAA then created LT
