A living steel beam like this that can fly VS the heroes on the list. No prep. It will swing and try to ram them basically. Even may try wrapping them up and crushing them, but only for the most durable opponents though.
Heroes can only win by somehow either destroying the beam or stopping it so no piece of it can attack them. Even if they manage to cut it, the remaining pieces would come after them.
Day One: Batman. No prep.
Day Two: Joker
Day Three: Moon Knight
Day Four: Your lowest powered OC that you have (so long they have powers) Skip day four if you don't have one.
Day Five: Master Chief from Halo.
Day Seven: Neo from the Matrix (I'm betting on the steel beam, given how much trouble he had with Smith, the beam could crush him if nothing else, cut off his oxygen)
Day Eight: Quicksilver
