While Hughverine isn't a strong point by any means, I don't think he'd lose to movie Daredevil.
Wolverine beats him for round 2. But in round 1, I can't see him tagging Daredevil, he got messed up by Deathstrike, Mystique, even the blob etc all of whom aren't as skilled or as agile as DD, trouble is DD actually putting him down. Honestly, Blade cuts his head off without too much trouble in 1 and goes to work on Cap.
Round 2 will be harder, I haven't seen TWS, but if he's as legit as he looks like he's going to be combined with Wolverine's superior durability, it will be a tough fight. Assuming Blade doesn't pop him once in the head rendering him unconscious for the next 2 minutes.
On the Other hand, Wolverine can operate on the same skill level as Barakapool before he started teleporting, so yeah. If he has high showings in DOFP, I'm going to consider his high end feats over his low end ones, but even up until 'The Wolverine' he was getting clowned around by a generic, less than peak Samurai and a few ninjas.
