Liu Kang vs Cyclops

morals on for both characters win by death or ko. standard equipment for both characters Cyclops cant remove his visor and Liu cant change into a dragon
 
fight takes place in the roman Colosseum

Morals on means Cyc will go into some lame speech while Liu wrecks him h2h. 

cyclops isn't exactly a speech first kind of guy anymore. Plus his hand to hand is pretty good too, not as good as lui kang but still. 
His optic Blasts are so versatile too.  He can create wide beams to catch him, reflect them off of walls, destroy the ground under his feet, or just a straight up regular blast. He's a good shot.  
Lui Kang can shoot fireballs of chi, but that takes much more charge up time and movement that would leave him vulnerable.

Cyclops easily, Liu's fireballs are pretty side-steppable and Cyke has been shown to be reasonably acrobatic in his own right, he may not be on par with the MK star in terms of it or regarding hand to hand though I can picture Scott holding his own for a bit if Liu gets close (Johnny Cage has :P), and with his optic blasts I can see Liu getting floored pretty quickly.
