Lisa get 1 hour prep, Hawkeye doesnt. Hawkeye can only use two explosive arrow, rest are normal arrows. Lisa can use any weapon she used in the anime. Morals on but dedicated to win.

If there's a good amount of cover I can see Hawkeye taking it, especially if they don't start within view of each other as I think he's got the skills to hunt Lt Hawkeye down before she gets a good shot on him.
