The sword of power is indistructable, and only serves as an antenna. He-man himself can overpower Lion-o.
Teela and cheetara would be evenly matched, but I give Cheetara the edge in speed
Man-at-arms prowess and gadgets can take care of Panthro
Tigra would make mince-meat of both Man-E-Faces and Meck-a-Neck, and Ram-Man would not be able to lay a hand on Wiley-kit&kat, but between stratos and roboto, and buzz-off and all the other masters they are sure to lose somewhere
Orko would try to cast a spell to imprison Snarf, but accidently set him on fire...
MOTU eventually has this.
(And yes, mumm-ra is tougher then skeletor, actually, with the exception of his goons, everyone is tougher then skeletor)
Though the Sword of Omens can be broken physically just like Thor's hammer, it's just a mere physical shell of the sword and it can come back together again by will power. Jaga has been trying to teach Lion-O the full scale of the sword since the beginning of the show, but Lion-O is really a grown up 12 year old. It's only during season 4 when Lion-O was flying faster than light speed and picking up boulders that should weigh alot. And Mummrah was also ridiculous if it wasn't for P.I.S, he would win every time. Mummrah can fly faster than light too when he was flying to one planet to another. I don't know the distance between 3rd Earth and New Thundara, but I think the story makes us believe it is in another galaxy or solar system. Oh, and all characters in Thundercats can breath in space.
@Cypher's Gambit: That's right the thundercats can breathe in space especially in that one episode where Lion-O and Snarf spend an entire episode going out to get space tacos. That was it just wondering around space trying to find some space tacos. .
