that doesn't make him immortal. He just has a super healing factor.

since Kaguya was said to be immortal and Madara himself said he is immortal and up to now he hasn't shown anything to said he isn't.

1. Madara is about as immortal as aizen is - by statements. Sufficient force will put either of them down.

2. Even saying he's immortal, he can die if he completely severs the connection to juubi as a jinchuriki.

But I wonder if could actually pass round 1 - it was quite clearly said that those with rinnegan preside above life and death, and quite capable of controlling those to the point of city level resurrection - widely surpassing all showings of death note. Plus, their powers still work after death, madara already rewrote reality once to resurrect himself.

1. You can't kill anyone above the age of 124.

2. You can't use the deathnote on anyone under the age of six.

Madara is over the age of 124 spiritually, but since he was reborn he's technically under 6 years old physically.

@stormmagician its actually you cant kill anyone under 780 days old. what you are thinking of is this rule:

1. The god of death must not hand the Death Note directly to a child under 6 years of age based on the human calendar.
2. The Death Note must not be handed to a child under 6 years of age, but Death Notes that have been dropped into the human world, and are part of the human world, can be used upon humans of any age with the same effect.

@knightofzero: your right about that been awhile since I dabbled into DeathNote. Either way he is only a couple days old at best so the deathnote still wouldn't work on him.
