Lex Luthor w/battle armor

Ultron (classic version, adamantium body-ala time of Secret Wars)
Scenario:
Lex is working late in his lab one night on his latest plot to destroy Superman. One of his time displacement experiments goes haywire and a visitor is transported nito his lab, Ultron! Seeking to use this newfound discovery as a pawn Luthor soon finds out that Ultron is not interested in being the pawn of any human. Luthor has just enough time to don his Kryptonian battle armor and these 2 square off.
Location:
Lexcorp Tower in downtown Metropolis. It is 8:00 in the evening and morals are off for both parties. (Not like they had any to begin with)
Rules:
Ultron's initial attack has destroyed Luthor's lab. The only tech he has available is his battle armor.
