Does Luthor have his battle suit, or is he actually gonna try to fight Bison dressed in a suit and tie like in that picture? Is any prep. involved, or do they just randomly get into a fight at a McDonalds or something?
Poor battle. There's no regulations or restrictions for the characters. The way it's written gives Bison the win, unless some changes are met. If Luthor is given the battle suit, he wins, since Bison is nowhere near the power of Superman to which Luthor normally uses the battle suit for.
