Lex or Bats. Its a prep battle.. Bruce is a mastermind, Lex is a super genius..
i'd have to give it to Bats, he'd probably know what Lex would bring to the fight.

Theyre both billionaires, it has never been stated who is richer, in DCU Lexcorp is the most advanced in technology so Lex most certainly has better resources.

There is a scan somewhere, I think from a Superman/Batman, but Superman states that Bruce's wealth even exceeds Lex's.

Batman and Lex are the two who would be fighting it out in this one. The others are toast. I'd have to give the edge to Batman, because he's less arrogant than Lex, and doesn't fly into blind rages as easily. Lex can lose control, Bruce wouldn't lose control nearly as easily. Bruce would use that to his advantage.

Are people really saying Batman is beating Lex Luthor?

Just to correct a few things.

Wealth by itself is not an indicator of who has more resources/advanced technology.

I can't say for sure whether Batman has more resources than Lex Luthor or vice versa, but I just would like to correct this. Reflecting real life situations, wealth of extremely rich billionaires are often measured by their market value - They often have large stakes in publicly own companies. Hence these billionaires' wealth often fluctuates based on the public's sentiment. Just because Bruce is richer doesn't mean his assets are worth that value.

Besides, Lex Luthor often clashes with Superman - Incurring major costs due to superhuman feats, while most of Batman's feats involve fighting with street levels.

Based on this, in terms of resources I would say Lex Luthor has an edge over Bruce Wayne.

I don't know how anyone got the idea that Slade is comparable to any of the other three. They're all smarter than him, with far better prep feats.

In terms of tactics - Batman.

I think Prometheus could finish Luthor who in turn could beat Batman but Batman beats Prometheus,it's really between these three.

I'm think everyone is selling deathstroke short. He's a master tactician and strategist even above batman. Bruce said so himself. He's enhanced in every way including thinking 10 steps ahead of his opponent. His pockets may not be as deep as Bruce and lex but he has plenty of resources.

Batman proved in Futures End that he's better Lex. From my understanding of Futures End isn't canon but it was a possible future which means they're technically the same character.
