Lex Luthor vs Deadpool

Round 1- Deadpool plans to assassinate Lex Luthor. (Deadpool has two weeks prep time.) Lex Luthor is unaware of Deadpool.

Round 2- Deadpool plans to assassinate Lex Luthor. (Deadpool has two weeks prep time.) Lex Luthor is aware of Deadpool.

Round 3- Luthor has Deadpool. He wants important information from Deadpool can he crack his mind. (Without using any tech to help him.) He's just sitting down talking to Deapool.

Round 1: Pays Wade off

Round 2: Hires Deathstroke to curbstomp Wade

Round 3: Bribes him with free taco's for life

Round 1 I'm inclined to give to Deadpool, given that he seriously wants Lex dead and can't be paid off as mentioned above.

Round 2 goes to Lex. He just needs to hire a couple dudes (Deathstroke and Lady Shiva) to protect him, and find a way to avoid being sniped or something like that, which, considering he's Lex Luthor, he can do.

Round 3 depends on how serious Deadpool is about keeping this info a secret. I'm inclined to give it to Lex, because in all honesty bribing Wade with tacos would probably work most of the time, but if DP really doesn't want Lex to know whatever it is he's trying to find out, there's not much Luthor can do about it.

Round 1: Regardless of how talented Deadpool is Lex surely has obscene amounts of protection with super powered threats in mind that I doubt Wade would ever be aware of.

Round 2: Lex is a dirty bastard and could just contact Superman, he would be obligated to show up and escort Wade out of the building.

Round 3: On a serious note this would be easy for Lex, Deadpool has lots of easy to exploit insecurities.

Lex is DC's smartest man with these sort of things in mind, he is too much for Deadpool.

Luthor stomps in all scenarios, in scenario 11 lex security systems would warn him off deadpool and 2 minutes of prep time he smashes deathpool, the other scenarios are self explanatory.

Lex wins with prep time, loses with none.

I would just like to hear them debate.
