Gang Wars over months,Prep wars and the Such.
Arcade and Riddler are trying to Drive the Two Corprate Crime lords insane and get the first attack on them.

All of Lex's Usual Tech,Guards,Soldiers.
All of Kingpin's Usual Tech,Guards,Soldiers.

All of Arcade's Tech,clowns,Machines.

All of Riddler's Men and Teech.

War is on an Merged version of DC's and Marvel's Earth.

Lex would solo. I'm tempted to say Kingpin would as well, at the height of his influence he probably could, but I'm not sure where he stands right now.
