All of Arcade's Tech,clowns,Machines.

All of Riddler's Men and Teech.

 
War is on an Merged version of DC's and Marvel's Earth.

Lex has superior tech, power, and strategic thinking that the others IMO.  I think he will win it for his team.

Luthor murders.

Team 1 stomps.

Lex would solo. I'm tempted to say Kingpin would as well, at the height of his influence he probably could, but I'm not sure where he stands right now.
