Lex corp vs wayne enterprises vs stark enterprises

All are competing for a military contract (Assume they actually want the contract) all have their respective leaders (Lex, bruce, tony)
Who wins? 

Iron-man for sure. No military wanted Lex-crop tech, and every military in the world is still BEGGING for the Iron-man armor.

Lex's gears would be ideal for salons. I see his hair + beard thing worked better than his robots and techs. "

I think it depends on what they are competing for.
 
If the contract is for stealth-based equipment, I might give the edge to Wayne Enterprises.
If the contract is for high-tech weapons/counter-measures, I'd give it to Stark Industries, hands down.
 
Either way, I suspect Stark would get the cushier contract.

I love Lex to death and Wayne, but even though I dislike Stark, I admit he has the edge. 

@ComicStooge: And the satellite Brother Eye, which spies on every single meta humans or above that exists on Earth, Batman have a few robotic suits (don't think it's as good as Iron Man's), the suit (not exactly robotic) would be the Insider's Suit which have the combining powers of the Justice League.

Anyway how many times has Stark lost his business in some way? 
Same for Luthor. Only one who hasn't really lost his business is Bruce. hmmm He's also the only one who doesn't run the company. I wonder if that says something.

@ComicStooge: If I where in the DC universe I would be decked out like Mr.T in super tech rather jewellry in a week. The reason that Batman doesn't wear a suit despite making sense is the same reason Tony doesn't make suits for his street leveler buddies, it's just not part of there character.

Lex would win this contract easily, smarter than the other 2 and and unlike the others willing to bribe or blackmail to get it.

Lex would sell the military whatever weapons they wanted even if they openly say who and how many people would die I can't say the same for the other 2.

Lex corp wins this. Luthor invented his war suit which is capable of fighting the JLA. He even created mercy his android bodygaurd. he also enhanced metallo. he is smarter than both of them and if he actually tried to do somthing else other thaan kill superman he would excel even better. he built most of metropolis and supplies its power. metropolis is richer than gotham by a long shot. lex's cunning ways wouldland him the contract
