616 has way many feats than his ultimate counterpart, thanks to his many appearances. I dont see how anyone could make a case for ultimate namor.

More feats, yes. Ultimate Namor has his uber hydrokinesis though. Don't know what he can do to actually HURT 616 Namor with that though, given 616 Namor's abilities... Stalemate, or 616 Namor FTW here then?!

@supermanthor: how come? Ive heard a lot of boasting about Ultimate Namor being more powerful (pretty consistently) but I’m away current 616 Namor is a beast... any word on if he’s amped or it’s just his power level now?

@god_spawn: I believe you told me we weren’t sure yet if it was an amp of some kind. Something about fighting the avengers and then Russian gods hurting him before shehulk put them in headlocks. But i guess I worded my question wrong, I was wondering if this is Namors power level now or if we’ve discovered some object or something he’s empowered by. I read Best Defense and while he “controls the oceans now” I don’t think I’ve seen mention of any amp or anything. He just makes it seem like he’s done screwing around.

Sort of like when Genis Vell had his cosmic awareness unleashed by Moondragon, or when Kyle iirc removes the “Parallax” from the center of Oa which removed the yellow weakness, or when Danny Rand got the book of the iron fist and took him to a new level... all of those changes were permanent. I was just wondering if this appears to be something like that.

@supermanwithatan01: I told you he was amped, I don’t know how yet because it hasn’t been stated how. You have to read Avengers 9 or 10 where it says it. And with Invaders 1 it was further added he has hydrokinesis now.
