Leon can beat Freddy in the dream world. If a bunch of kids can outsmart him and bring him into the real world, then the government's most renowned and highly trained secret agent and martial artist can get a hold of him too. Not to mention IIRC Freddy loses his power if you're not afraid of him.

Does Leon have his RPG-7? If he does, I think he could clear it. Otherwise, no, he doesn't have the firepower.

Standard gear is what for Leon again? Also what versions of these guys are we using? Cause some of them are also in comics.

All I know about Pinhead is what I learned from reading a fanfic where he fought Scooby Doo :P
