• Ezio has dual hidden blades, 15 throwing knives, poison, a butchers knife and the Assassin Yataghan Sword
• Both wearing standard armor.
• Both have knowledge of each other's reputation and equipment
• In character, looking to kill
• Fight to the death.

Yeah, but Legolas isn't your normal Byzantine archer...that arrow would have gone into his face if it was Legolas.

@artyom: I'm not saying Ezio wins or anything. I would just like to point out that he can tank an arrow if it doesn't hit him in a vital area.

Considering all Ezio does is blitz people in the novel, yes. However, Legolas' accuracy is uncanny and Ezio has never dodged an arrow to my knowledge. I'm still trying to finish Ezio's novels.

I'm pretty sure a normal human doesn't have a vision that allows you to magically track trails and targets.

Problem being that with legolas' superhuman speed, reflexes, vision, and hearing that arrow would absolutely hit a vital area.

Ezio might be able to last a few minutes but I give it to Legolas 7/10. The dudes a beast. I'll look into some ac novels to learn a bit more but i see Legolas taking this.

I wouldn't say "handily". If this is in close quarters, Ezio can close the gap in an instant.

there are showings of legolas firing arrows and killing urah kai in close range. legolas doesnt need distance he can do it within 5ft.

weird clip but you can see him taking them out running at him with incredible accuracy and force.

Maybe I should give Ezio his gun/crossbow here? I don't know how much of a dealbreaker Legolas' bow is. It's a pretty cramped setting with a focus on hide and seek, which both guys are good at due to their superhuman senses and stealth skills. CQC is fully debatable as well IMO.

@i_like_swords: even cramped settings legolas' accuracy and speed and are not really affected.

Legolas. He's skill with both sword and bow. His accuracy with a bow is always perfect.

I'll update the OP tomorrow but for now, debate as if Ezio has a hiďden gun with five bullets, and three bombs from Revelations of your choosing.

Yeah, I've seen Legolas shoot Orcs at close quarters, but they aren't exactly as fast as Ezio.

Just one of many examples of Ezio moving faster than soldiers could react. The time it'd take Legolas to put his hand to his quiver, retract an arrow, put it on the shelf and pull back the string would take a lot of time considering that Ezio cut down two soldiers before anyone reacted.

@monsterstomp: I agree that exios fast, but legolas can draw an arrow quite fast. also if legolas is hunting someone he'll most likely sense someone and have his arrow drawn, like he did with gandalf.

well since u said lore lore legolas wins prolly fairly easy, movie version would be much closer and i mite give ezio the win due to the landscape that was given.

Depends on the starting distances.

But if each combatant starts more than 5 ft. away from each other Legolas should win.

Legolas can draw his bow faster than the human eye can perceive. If he didn't stop to make his threat he could've very easily killed that man before he realized there was a bow pointing at him.

@z___: You forget that Legolas is a skilled swordsman as well. Is he more skilled than Ezio? That I have no clue about.

I swear i seen Ezio dodging an arrow before, he can dodge one then throw a knife in Legolas head. And says
