Legolas is transported to modern day Starling City tasked with taking out Arrow. He takes a few days to follow Oliver and study his tactics. Oliver gets the feeling that he's being followed. Legolas confronts him on the docs, and the battle begins at 10:30 pm, with the two 50 ft apart. Both have typical gear and full quivers. Legolas has lots of prep time, but Oliver isn't caught by surprise. There's no one else around, and the battle ends when one of them can't keep fighting.
Legolas vs CW Arrow
Tbh it's not a bad battle. Especially when we will remember that Legolas is an casuall arrow timer via scaling (Tauriel shoting arrows with her own arrows mid-air and his father Thranduil lolblitzing Tauriel).
But Ollie should have better skill feats

Does Legolas have arrow-timing feats himself? If not, we cannot assume that he is if he kept up with other arrow-timers. Tobias Church fought equally with S5 Green Arrow, and yet he was not an arrow-timer.

Very fair point. Tbh I don't think he has any explicit arrow timing feats, but his sense of timing, balance, coordination, and agility is just ridiculous. Have you seen the LOTR and Hobbit films?

I've seen the one where Legolas took down the elephants, that was very impressive. I don't even know how the Hobbit relates to LoTR, I've only seen the movie with the Dragon and didn't understand what was going on because I haven't watched the first several films.
If they both have standard arrows Ollie dies quickly
Oliver wins pretty handily.
He's more skilled and faster. He's a casual arrow-timer whereas Legolas is not, instantly putting this battle sharply in his favor. Oliver's the better marksman, with stuff like shooting arrows from the sky. Oliver's way better H2H. Finally, Oliver's trick arrows are a massive advantage that Legolas won't be prepared for.
@firestormfate1919: Tauriel, Legolas’ inferior, was capable of shooting arrows out the air. He’s a casual arrow timer himself based on that, and Oliver doing it doesn’t make him a better marksman.

I don't think that kinda scaling holds much merit. Tauriel's feat of shooting the arrow out of the sky is more impressive than anything Legolas has done in terms of archery, even stuff like dropping the Mumakil and finding chinks in enemy armor at Helms Deep. Legolas is definitely the overall better fighter and in higher standing in terms of rank, but by feats Tauriel is faster and the better archer than he is. I don't think there's much evidence Legolas could replicate her showing.
@firestormfate1919: Fair enough.
Legolas in the movies is outright superhuman lol. I'd back the one in the books too, I believe he shot down a Nazgul's beast in the sky while it was completely dark.
