Is this really a curbstomp? Because I saw one thread where people say Legolas beats Green Arrow, and another thread where people say Bullseye would beat Green Arrow in a close fight.

Bullseye is still a lot faster and has more options to fight with as compared to Legolas who can only use his Lothlorien arrows as reliable ammo, since anything else would be broken.
Why doesn't anybody understand that Bullseye can use anything as ammo while Legolas can only use his Lothlorien arrows? If he's stuck in close combat, Bullseye beats him without question.

In close combat he would just slash him with his blades. Legolas would win with no problem. Centuries of combat experience>anything bullseye can do.

Yes i think he can since i heard he can catch some bullets but I'm not sure about that but i think he could catch any arrow easily and piercing steel plat armor is easy if you aim a steel arrow in the sky or it will come down and rip right through steel under the weight of gravity it isn't hard it's science Evan i could or anyone on this website can do it
Can bullseye catch multiple arrows? no. He can shoot as many as need be.
Leagolas has magic, super sences, and enchanced speed and agility. He has more experince than bullseye, and is as accurate as bullseye via super sight.
