Leader Space War: Picard vs Xavier

Q decide to put Xavier and Picard in a battle. 
They have to find a way to stop the other team. to convince an alien race to join them,  mind powers dont work in the aliens.
Both of them have a mixed team of superhumans and humans/aliens/cyborgs on spaceships. 
Picard superhumans are: 
Deadpool 
Deathstroke 
Gambit 
Venom 
Emma Frost 
Nightcrawler
Picard humans/aliens/cyborgs are:
Worf 
Batman 
Data 
Jason Todd 
Spock 
Ryker 
Xavier superhumans are: 
Colossus 
Carnage 
Wolverine 
Pyro  
Spiderman 
Rouge
Xavier  humans/aliens/cyborgs are:
Tony Stark  
Frank Castle  
Uhura
Tim Drake 
Wilson Fisk 

Hmm, may go with Picard here with the aliens...but Xavier is also a great leader and can use his powers on everyone else? Both are good leaders.

Professor X wins, you did say that mind control isn't allow on the aliens but...you dint say he couldn't do it to Picard. Xavier could control Picard during the meeting and make him disrespect the aliens or threaten them, making them choose Xavier.

also you notice is part Data off the Picard team? since he is a cyborg Xavier powers dont work on him.

Yes...but sins Picard out ranks Data, Xavier would make Picard order Data to sit down and shut up. or give the order to lock him in the brig.

picard has the stronger team here...both are great leaders..

In that case, I'll go with Picard. Personally, while Xavier is a visionary, he is not much of a leader whereas leadership and diplomacy are Picard's strongest points. Jean Luc knows how to get the best from people because he holds himself to a high standard and believes the best of other people. Xavier can barely keep his students convinced in his dream and has failed more often than not.
