Larfleeze would probably solo, although he is often portrayed as a silly character being the sole orange lantern makes him exceptionally powerful able to challenge the guardians.
I think Majestic could get the better of The Orange Lantern and Black Adam... Adam Warlock could probably be a decent assistant to Majestic against Larfleeze with his Energy Manipulation for a little while.
