Odin feels that these 4 particular Asgardian warriors have been slacking and needs to engage in a battle. So he teleports them to New York where he feels that spidermans villians will be more then a challenge for them.

Team 2 takes this easy i doubt they could handle SpOCK and Carnage could both solo the warriors 3 while the others are there just to waste time really i doubt Sif could beat SpOCK 1v1 or Carnage. Shame i always did like the warriors 3.

Villains. Carnage, Rhino, and SPOCK would be a handful by themselves. The others make it a relatively easy win. Add Balder or Brunhilde and it might be a different story.
