zealot should win here... sif is swift as the wind or some such, but zealot is just an assassin who is more then capable of landing a precise killing strike within the initial encounter.
I think Sif may have more experience and is stronger.
I feel she would win.

I can't get read on Zealot's strength and speed. Seems like she's able to take on some high level foes that would be a match or more for Sif.
Sif is a 30 tonner, Zealot is a 2 tonner. Sif has Asgardian durability/healing. Sif weighs 425 pounds (dense tissue). She also has superhuman speed and agility. She also has a magic sword which she can use to teleport across space and even dimensions. She is the 2nd most skillful Asgardian female fighter behind Valkerie Brunhilde with eons of experience. She should take this.

Strength isn't a huge factor if the blades are doing all the work. Zealot is also a superhuman. Sif's sword is news to me but it seems like using it the way you describe in combat would be about as out of character as Thor pulling off his one time hammer feats. Zealot is reputedly the most skill sword fighter of her race of near-immortal beings and has thousands of years of experience herself.

Difference between strength and durability would probably matter though, specially given the fact that i dont think the difference between the skill is huge. Cant say i remember a lot of fight where sif has shown skills but she has fought stronger opponent and done pretty well.

Sif is 15 times as strong. Put that in perspective. A five year old child could bench maybe 30 pounds. Could the child block a sword swing from a guy who could bench 450 pounds? Could they deflect a lunge going into their center of gravity?
@robertloucksjr: I haven't actually ever seen any strength feats of Sif's that suggest to me a swing of her sword would have a better chance of breaking Zealot's block than a huge blast from Captain Atom. I also have't seen any speed feats that suggest Zealot would be forced to go blade to blade if she felt avoiding and going for body shots was a better option. Your comparison to a child misses Zealot being a skilled fighter for longer than human civilization has existed and being fast, skilled, and precise enough to block bullets with thin pieces of metal.

@Killemall: The swords can cut through someone of Sif's durability.
No i got that part, what i was inferring is she might be durable to tank few hits or slashes from the sword, or still keep fighting after being slashed maybe a couple of times.
I know very little about Zealot but can she do the same? Else despite Zealot having an edge in skill (which is what i purely got reading other comments in this thread) it would be hard to beat Sif.
I think skill plays a huge roll. However Skill must be Vastly superior. Sif been around a few Ragnaroks and is as old as Man keeping time I belive. Anyway I think Sif Bio and Official Stats of being much higher Ton range will keep Zealot on her back foot. However I never seen Sif as Fast. Zealot is much faster in feats no?

I'm confused. You "got" that the swords can cut through someone of Sif's durability, but you're saying she might be durable enough to tank hits from the sword?

Perhaps bad explanation from my part, but from what i got the sword can harm sif just fine, what i was hoping was sif might be smart enough to hopefully being outright killed or get her head decapitated by the sword, so one of few slashes would probably make her bleed, hurt her bad but not outright kill her.
i have always been more impressed by zealot so i think she can probably win this.

But that would be skill and speed saving her then, not durability and strength.

Majestic is the father of Zealot's child. Sif loses if they both call for backup.
