The ruins of Asgard, there are no bystanders present. 

Scenario: 
These 2 female powerhouses meet in the ruins of Asgard in Broxton,Oklahoma. They begin 100 yards apart and can see each other. Each combatant has a traditional broadsword and shield. Neither has any means of magical enhancement. Morals are off for this fight. Lady Sif believes Artemis is an ally of Norman Osborn and responsible for the destruction of Asgard. Artemis believes Sif is a rogue Amazon warrior and wants to prove her superiority in combat. 
 
Who wins?

I think Lady Sif is too durable to even be hurt by Artemis.

Maybe Sif, the Amazons are very weak against piercing, slashing weapons. Sif is more durable

Probably Sif even though Artemis is a better fighter, Sif has the physical advantage. 

I bleleive Sif but the Artemis would win just h2h =)

Artemis wins after a hard fought battle, Sif's tissue is only 3 times denser than that of a normal human, meaning she isnt invulnerable. Sif does have an advantage of being stronger, 30-45ton lifts, compared to the average amazon thats around 12. But Artemis must have some true qualifications to become Wonder Woman (besides the poisoning of Diana, but that was Hippolyta's fault).

Sif would take this. Superior physical stats go a long way in this fight. Also, per the specifics in the battle conditions, Sif would be more angered and willing to take the fight to a new level, whereas Artemis would think of this as a sparring match.

Good fight. too close to call

Sif takes it.  Her stats put her a ways ahead of Artemis, and I don't think they are too far apart in skill.

I have to give it to Lady Sif just because her enchanted sword alone is powerful

Everything is equalized but physical stats and circumstances. Sif wins. Artemis is probably more skilled, but it's not enough to beat superior stats and more serious motivation.
