Lady Shiva vs Winter Soldier

hmm dont know to much about either one but i heard shiva's h2h is better then then batman's...and cap h2h is better then winter soldier so im going with Shiva

Even Batman was scared of Lady Shiva,...but then again Shiva hunted Red Robin and although he was spooked it went pretty well "

And yeah, i've never actually read a comic she was in, buti know Shiva TRAINED Batman (as well as the Demon's Head ninja) She's like SHREDDER but she couldn't kill Tim, if that WAS her plan. But you DO have to consider she usually has a whole army at her disposal, but here she's one-on-one against Winter Soldier. She's a ninja which means she usually hides from or tracks down people and has a unique style of hit and run combat that is favoured by "the element of" surprise, secluded spaces and you get my idea, except the arena in the picture is an open area. It's been said that Bucky too is more of a spy/hunter killer. Both of them are of course skilled martial artists and they both should have enough Stamina to outlast the other. But i have to wonder, did Cap America ever learn how to fight? cos his origins were more of steroid induced saving-the-world yes? Even for Batman i've always had a problem about how he achieved so much in so little time. Lady Shiva is a dedicated Ninja on the other hand, and my money is on her since i dont know/like Cap America's old sidekick

Birds of Prey, Perfect Pitch arc, Shiva essentially cripples Killer Croc with just a few taps.  After toying with him for a few panels of course. My vote goes to her.
