People have to understand that the characters from Watchmen look good in the movie and in the books because it's belongs to them.If you put them in the actual DC Universe they aren't really good at anything compared to most of their major characters.You almost have to be Alfred to take an L to Ozymandias.He's pretty physically ridiculous but only skilled in comparison to a bunch of unskilled fighters.

It's true. Ozymandias is basically the only really skilled fighter. The rest, except for Comedians, are just street fighters.
It's like with Manhattan: it's easy to be all powerful when you're the only one with powers.
My money is on Ozy. The guy can dodge/catch bullets. In the Before The Watchman series he traveled the world and improved his skills. he's pretty much batman (only smarter). Peak physical condition, sees stuff in slow motion and can think of ways to defeat you while your still trying to land a punch.

Shiva wins. My opinion of Ozmymandius was forcefully grounded when it was stated that The Comedian was his equal in terms of H2H. For someone will all that training to essentially lose, put them in a universe in a world where superhuman is the norm and suddenly they don't seems as strong.
Ultimately Shiva but I think it would be quite a fight because they both aren't heavily restrained by morals or reservations. They're also both disciplined fighters so it wouldn't be as easy for Shiva to outsmart him as other opponents.
Just so long as there aren't any chocolates on her pillow at the hotel she's staying at while she plans to kill him, I think she should come out exceptionally well.

Please tell me your joking. Blue Pipe has absolutely no feats and Ozy couldn't even beat him with the tech he spent billions of dollars and many years on. He had to to resort to tricking him.
Ozy is easily one of the most overrated comic characters. He hasn't done shit to put him on Bruces level physically or intellectually

Not to mention Bruce has to spend his time prepping for a threat list hundreds long at minimum. Ozy only has to prep for a singular threat and even doing that he still failed with his prep.

What you said is true, and I only said Ozy tricked Dr.Manhattan for a short period of time. and that alone is highly impressive in my opinion, for Manhattan supposedly could see everything in the past, present, and future.
IIRC, he used Tachyons to disable Dr.Manhattan's powers for a while.

@HexThis: The only way Id give it to shiva is if she had guns and prep time. But Ozy can think of plans on the move and can include the laws of physics into attacks (like in the comic where he throws his crown in such a way it knocks down a crate by cutting the rope).Ozy is physically stronger and faster and smarter. He may not have DCU stats but in a real world fight, ozy takes it.

I don't think he is overrated. Most people underplay him and think he's mediocre. IMO, he could beat any realistic street leveler easily. (The Question, Rorschach, Nite Owl II, Comedian, Silk Spectre, Kick-Ass, Hit-Girl, Big Daddy, etc.)

Tachyons dont disable Manhattan's powers. The only thing that happened was that Ozy created a whole lot of them that went back in time and basically blinded Manhattan's view of the future... just like if someone shined a flashlight in your face.
Anyway, Shiva would likely win, but it'd be a decent fight. Yes, Ozy in Watchmen mostly fought thugs, but when he fought he won effortlessly. People like Night Owl and Rorschach could each handle multiple thugs with ease, and Ozy handled them with ease. Also, Ozy has the speed, skill, and intelligence to make it a good fight.

Technically, all Ozy did was move his hand in the path of gun before the bullet was fired. Ozymandias is pretty overrated, he beats up old out of shape characters while Lady Shiva takes down the best fighters in comics. Lady Shiva 10/10.
P.S. Unlike Ozymandias she actually catches bullets in mid-air.
