i really think alucard will take it just cause of some of the powers he has and if you have read the manga then you will see he uses them so well its not even funny.
And once he releases his final state...well, it's just not funny any more. And go check on wiki, they updated on the powers he holds and it's not funny at all. It's nuts.
and? i know Alucard, i have the entire Manga and anime... he's powerful i grant you that, but he's not "storm the gates of heaven and hell" powerful, Lady Death is...

how about the part when she lets loose Hell on Earth, or travels through The Nexus, a feat even Lucifer cannot accoplish, or how about her killing the 13 lords of hell and dancing in their entreals?
seriously, Alucard is powerful but he is nowhere near a celestial level threat, planitary yes, celestial level no way...
Lady Death would take it pretty easily, a farer fight would have been Alucard (3rd seal) against Evil Ernie
